I think at this point I am getting to be very comfortable embedding code into my posts. I have belonged to a few other online communities for my Masters degree program. Other that these type of online communities I do not belong to any other ones. I think that relationships could form and be as meaningful as face-to-face. This is just a guess as I do not have an experience with them.
MySpace and other sites are so popular because students can interact in the way they want. They can design and post a lot of information that they want and meet people from all over. This is also another way for students to stay in constant contact with their friends. This is something that is engaging and interactive for them.
